Testimonial

Wow! What a fantastic 4 day experience! I arrived on the coastal path with a head full of stress and clutter, and wound up 4 days later relaxed, de-stressed, confident in myself and my abilities and feeling more resilient with a renewed energy. The path and scenery were just stunning and we experienced weather that went from one extreme to the other, but always beautiful and somehow felt poignant to my personal journey . We walked and talked, cried and laughed... met some incredible like-minded women, held space for each other and allowed ourselves to be held too. We swam in the seas of secluded beaches, pools, stretched, sat quietly, laughed loudly... reflected and of course ate wonderful food provided by Jo! The power of nature combined with the physical act of walking, whilst allowing time to explore within ourselves outside of the hustle and bustle of life was a much needed tonic. We all need Walkabout in our lives. A huge thank you for your excellent planning and organisation - Sarah, Lara and Jo made it very easy to just ‘let yourself be’!
